Ebenezer Pharmacy is seeking a versatile team member to support medication preparation and delivery operations within our closed-door LTC pharmacy. You will prepare medications for delivery, create delivery labels, organize totes, and may assist with deliveries to partner facilities.

The role involves managing supply chain, packaging, and secure delivery of prescription meds to nursing homes and assisted living facilities while delivering strong customer service.

Job Overview

Ebenezer Pharmacy is a closed-door Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy that specializes in packaging and distributing medications to skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. We are seeking a versatile team member to support medication preparation and delivery operations. This position involves preparing medications for delivery, creating delivery labels, organizing medication totes, and may assist with deliveries to our partner facilities. Ultimately, this individual manages the supply chain, packaging, and secure delivery of prescription medications to nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities

• Scan each prescription, use computer to enter addresses, make labels, and load delivery totes.
• Maintain delivery records and ensure all paperwork is completed and submitted in the appropriate timeframe.
• Perform duties as assigned including, but not limited to: packaging medications for dispensing, assisting with inventory and supply ordering and management, emptying trash and PHI waste bins, cleaning office and pharmacy areas, etc.
• Provide a high level of customer service while interacting with healthcare partners at delivery locations.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
