Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration or license is required.
• 2+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician is expected.
• Experience using FrameworkLTC is essential.

Responsibilities

• Enter new prescriptions and refill orders accurately.
• Process and troubleshoot third-party insurance claims.
• Resolve claim rejections and manage billing issues.

Skills

Strong understanding of LTC pharmacy workflow

Excellent computer and data entry skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Education

Active Pharmacy Technician registration / license

Minimum 2 years of pharmacy technician experience

Minimum 2 years of FrameworkLTC (SoftWriters) experience
