Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Run the operational performance of the designated pharmacy, using financial acumen and P&L experience.
• Consult with internal and external partners to ensure medication needs are met and identify risks.
• Leverage supply chain and operations expertise to improve processes and efficiency.
• Mentor, develop, recruit, hire, train and engage pharmacy staff to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing financial and pharmacy operations.
• Manage the budget and work to meet or exceed financial targets, optimizing costs.
• Reinforce policies and procedures to improve efficiency and drive operational perfection.
