Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a licensed Long-Term Care (LTC) Pharmacist in Worthington, OH to join a dedicated pharmacy team. You will dispense medications, review therapy, counsel patients, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe, effective patient care.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining records, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Rotating 10-hour shifts with every 3rd weekend, with daytime and evening options, and a competitive hourly pay

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Pharmacist license required.
• PharmD or equivalent pharmacy degree.
• Experience in LTC, institutional, or closed-door pharmacy preferred.
• Strong knowledge of prescription medications and safety.
• Excellent attention to detail and fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and dispense medications accurately and safely.
• Monitor medication compliance and usage; identify overuse.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety.
• Maintain confidential patient records and documentation.
• Counsel patients and healthcare professionals on medications.
• Communicate drug-related problems to the care team.
• Assist with sterile preparations and supervising staff.
• Maintain inventory levels and collaborate with the healthcare team.
