Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System seeks an experienced Clinical Manager to oversee nursing operations in our long-term care facilities, serving as DON in the assigned site. You will guide policy, standards, and staffing to ensure high-quality resident care.

You will also supervise Nurse Managers, drive staff development, and lead antibiotic stewardship efforts as part of a broad quality initiative across NGMC campuses.

Qualifications

• RN license required and current with Georgia Board of Nursing.
• Associate degree in nursing or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of supervision in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Overses clinical operations for LTC facilities and ensures policy consistency.
• Supervises Nurse Managers and mentors staff across facilities.
• Develops nursing standards, goals, and performance metrics.
• Manages department budgets and staffing levels to meet resident needs.
• Leads staff development, in-service training, and antibiotic stewardship.
