SUMMARY: The Licensed Practical Nurse-LTC utilizes the nursing process to provide direct, professional nursing care for the LTC resident according to established standards, policies, procedures, licensure, and scope of practice.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. A minimum of two years of nursing and/or long-term care experience preferred.
Current LPN license in the State of Iowa. Must obtain CPR certification within 3 months of hire date. State of Iowa approved child/dependent adult abuse mandatory reporter training within 6 months of hire.
