Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with LPN licensure in Iowa.
• Two years nursing/long-term care experience preferred.
• Must obtain CPR certification within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN in documenting and implementing the nursing care plan.
• Perform initial and follow-up assessments under supervision.
• Deliver direct patient care and advocate for resident rights.
• Coordinate care across the multidisciplinary team and attend committees as needed.
