Grey Stone Health & Rehab in Indiana seeks a Business Office Manager to lead the facility’s financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, benefits administration, and resident trust.

Required experience in long-term care billing with Managed Medicare, traditional Medicare and Medicaid; Medicare/Medicaid knowledge is essential. Strong leadership and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Some college preferred.
• 1–3 years nursing home accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid needed!

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership over the financial duties of the facility including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, benefits administration and resident trust.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid requirements and government regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain accurate financial reporting.
• oversee billing processes and financial statements to support high-quality resident care.
