Vantage at Andover LLC in Andover, MA, is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee the clinical operations of the nursing department and uphold the highest standards of resident care.

You will lead and mentor the nursing team, ensure regulatory compliance, drive quality improvement, and partner with leadership to foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Massachusetts RN license.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in post-acute care.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong clinical nursing skills and regulatory understanding.

Job Summary

Director of Nursing (DON) Qualifications and Skills

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in post-acute care.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experiences as a Director of Nursing Services in a skilled nursing facility.
• Must have demonstrated a mastery of good clinical nursing skills.
• Organizes and directs the Nursing Department by establishing objectives and standards for achieving those objectives.
• Powerful knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Solid understanding of reimbursement.
