The DON provides hands-on leadership, policy oversight, and staff supervision, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective cost controls while fostering a patient-centered care culture. Active MA RN license and a minimum of 5 years in long-term care with 3+ years of supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license.
• 5+ years long-term care experience.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities
