Vantage at Andover LLC is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee the clinical operations of the nursing department and uphold the highest standards of resident care.

You will lead, mentor, and support the nursing team while ensuring regulatory compliance and driving quality improvement initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, and organization are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in post-acute care.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experiences as a Director of Nursing Services in a skilled nursing facility.
• Must have demonstrated a mastery of good clinical nursing skills.
• Organizes and directs the Nursing Department by establishing objectives and standards for achieving those objectives.
• Powerful knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Solid understanding of reimbursement.
