Job summary

Integrity Marketing seeks a results-driven professional to join its Long Term Care Marketing team. The role focuses on building agent relationships, educating advisors, and driving sales of Long Term Care and Linked Benefit products.

The ideal candidate has a business-focused degree or equivalent experience, with prior insurance/financial services exposure and a proven sales track record. Teamwork and independence are valued in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, plus two to three years of related experience and/or training.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services field is preferred.
  • Prior experience selling Long Term Care and Linked Benefit products is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture agent relationships by creating awareness and executing action around Long Term Care Planning.
  • Know the benefits and features of traditional Long Term Care insurance, Accelerated Benefit, and Linked Benefit products.
  • Present to the end consumer by educating them and guide them to act on your recommendation.
  • Generate sales by educating and training advisors in your specified territory.
  • Be aware of new or modified product offerings, rate changes, state approvals, and industry developments.
  • Know and understand core carrier underwriting requirements.
  • Respond to inquiries from colleagues and clients, and effectively communicate with peers and team leaders.
  • Assist with the distribution of marketing materials and policy forms to clients from carrier web sites.
  • Provide App Ease service including scheduling, executing, and delivering clean applications.
  • Stay up-to-date and proficient on all company business processes, policies, and proprietary software.

Education and Experience
  • o Bachelor's degree with major in business or a related field, plus two to three years of related experience and/or training, OR
  • o Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • o Previous experience in the insurance or financial services field is preferred.
  • o Prior experience selling Long Term Care and Linked Benefit products is preferred.
