Job summary

SpecialtyRx, a Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy, seeks Registered Pharmacy Technicians with automation experience to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. You will operate automated packaging systems, process prescriptions, and support workflow under supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

Qualifications

Automation experience in a high-volume LTC setting preferred.
Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills required.
Ability to multitask and troubleshoot machines in a fast-paced environment.
Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Operate automated packaging systems and calibrate equipment.
Process prescription orders accurately in a high-volume setting.
Troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance and resolve machine errors.
Prepackage medications and restock inventory for shipment.
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and ensure quality control.
Collaborate with pharmacists and supervisors to improve automation efficiency.
Assist in training new technicians on automation systems and workflow.
