Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead LTAMDS radar program execution in the US. You will set strategy, own P&L, and build influential customer and government partner relationships. The role demands strategic planning, risk management and cross-functional leadership to meet milestones and budgets.

You will direct budgets, forecasts and earned value, while reporting progress to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring mission success and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience, with 14+ years in related roles or 12+ years with advanced degree.
• Experience briefing executives and senior customer representatives.
• Experience managing risk, cost, quality and schedule on production programs.
• Experience in program capture and proposal.
• PM Level 3 Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy, vision and tactical direction for LTAMDS radar programs.
• Responsible for Poland programs P&L and financial performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customer counterparts and government offices.
• Foster continuous improvement, mission assurance and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate program status, challenges and decisions to leadership.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, earned value metrics, EACs and financial performance.
• Establish and maintain program milestones, critical path and performance to budgets.
• Oversee cross-functional teams to align with program objectives.
