Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking an experienced RN for a 12-week LTAC assignment. You will provide direct care to medically complex patients, coordinate plans with a multidisciplinary team, and monitor and document progress.

Requirements include active RN license, 1+ year acute care (ICU preferred), BLS, and ACLS within 90 days. Competitive pay and benefits accompany a mission-driven healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• ACLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• BLS certification required.
• 1+ year of acute care experience; ICU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
