Qualifications

• Minimum two years bedside ICU experience.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification if applicable.
• Strong clinical skills and communication.
• Ability to act independently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff including LPNs and CNAs.
• Provide direct patient care and assess patients within 8 hours of admission.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in rehabilitation programs and discharge planning.
• Communicate patient status changes and promote a collaborative team environment.
• Ensure safety policies are followed.
