ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for direct-hire, full-time roles caring for high-acuity LTAC patients. You will provide direct nursing care, coordinate with physicians, and support families.

Join a dedicated interdisciplinary team, monitor patient progress, administer treatments, educate families, and uphold safety and regulatory standards with BLS and ACLS within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or a compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings
• Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recovery
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines
