Job summary

ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with one of our trusted LTAC partners. You will provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients, coordinating with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Kentucky or a compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.

Skills

Active RN license Kentucky/compact

Acute care/ICU/LTAC experience
