Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity in Huntsville, AL. You will join a dedicated team delivering care to high-acuity LTAC patients in an acute setting.

Requirements include an Alabama RN license, BLS, and ACLS within 90 days of hire; 1+ year of acute care/ LTAC experience preferred. Competitive salary with shift differentials and strong benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice as an RN in Alabama.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• 1+ year of acute care/ICU/LTAC experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines
