Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a direct hire, full-time LTAC/ICU role in Huntsville, AL. You will care for medically complex patients, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support recovery in a high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, medication administration, progress documentation, family education, and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Alabama or a compact state.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications, and document findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
