Job summary

The University of Oklahoma in Noble invites applications for the LT Weather Specialist within the Center for Public Management (OU CPM). You will support the Energy Assistance program with customer service and handle escalated referrals.

Required: High School Diploma or GED and at least 24 months in a call center or front-line customer service. This position is contingent upon a background check and may be renewed based on funding. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
