BALDERSTON AUTO GROUP in Missouri is seeking full-time Automotive Sales Associates to join their team near Lee's Summit Subaru. No prior experience is required; training is provided.

The role offers a minimum monthly guarantee plus commissions, bonuses, and a non-traditional auto industry schedule in a mainly in-person setting. Responsibilities include sales, leasing, vehicle selection support, CRM follow-up, and delivering high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
