GE HealthCare is seeking an LSS Project Leader Co-op. You will practice structured thinking to translate ambiguous problem statements into clear plans, defining outcomes, milestones, owners, and risks.

You’ll support cross-functional teams across Product Management, Program Management, Engineering, and more to enable timely execution. As a student in Engineering or Business, you’ll develop budgeting awareness, resource coordination, and risk management while meeting scope, cost, and schedule

Qualifications

Full-time student pursuing a degree in Engineering or Business.
Demonstrated strong academic performance through coursework, projects or leadership.
Evidence of structured thinking: writing problem statements, goals and timelines.
Leadership experience in projects, teams, clubs, or community.
Initiative and results orientation; comfortable drafting plans and options.
Excellent analytical and communication skills to translate technical details.
Able to work a minimum of 28 weeks (full-time, 40 hours/week).

Responsibilities

Decompose ambiguous problems into definitions, success criteria, and deliverables.
Create lightweight project plans with milestones, owners and dependencies.
Define measurable outcomes and track progress to inform decisions.
Support cross-functional execution and remove blockers.
Maintain risk/issue/decision logs and communicate updates clearly.
Prepare concise briefings for team and leadership.
