The candidate will handle materials, perform visual inspections with precision tools, and collaborate with production and QA teams to meet customer specs. A strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Proficient in operating LSR injection molding equipment and quality inspection.
• Technical: Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Soft: Strong verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Process Monitoring & Control: Oversee LSR injection molding machines, adjust for efficiency and quality.
• Material Handling: Manage materials, labels and packaging for each product line.
• Quality Assurance: Visual inspections with calipers/microscopes, document results, report issues.
• Packaging & Changeover: Coordinate shipping, manage machine changeovers and clean previous materials.
• Clean Room & Post-Production: Operate post-curing equipment, apply coatings, label parts.
• Secondary Operations: Assist in assembly and additional quality checks.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a safe, clean workspace per policy.
