Qualifications

• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or 13485 preferred.
• Experience with materials like PEEK, Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR), Polycarbonate, ABS, PP.
• Decision making.
• Effective communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate LSR injection molding machines, including molding installation, auxiliary equipment configuration, and process parameter adjustments to ensure stability and quality.
• Perform mold changes, machine setups, and support over molding and short-run production common in medical–device molding.
• Monitor, adjust, and optimize parameter to meet stringent medical–quality tolerances.
