Qualifications

• Experience operating LSR injection molding equipment preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LSR injection molding process and adjust to ensure quality.
• Handle materials, labeling, and packaging for production lines.
• Perform visual inspections and use precision tools to verify parts.
• Coordinate with shipping for order preparation and changeovers.
• Operate post-curing equipment and prepare parts for inspection.
• Support secondary operations and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
