Job summary

Cirtec Medical is seeking a manufacturing Operator to support production of Class II/III medical devices. You will operate workstations, perform inspections, and follow CGMP processes to ensure quality and throughput.

The role involves reading drawings, loading components, and documenting measurements. The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years in medical device manufacturing, with English fluency and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years experience in medical device manufacturing is required.
• Experience working with catheters is beneficial.
• Must read, write and speak fluent English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Comply with CGMP requirements to ensure consistent production and control.
• Follow established documentation for product manufacturing.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, machines, tools, and equipment.
• Load components into product tools and perform welding prep as needed.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using gauges and micrometers.
• Interpret drawings and nomenclature for manufacturing operations.
• Provide direction within the cell and assist Quality Control as required.
• Document all work on inspection reports and travelers.
