Job summary

Balderston Auto Group is seeking a hands-on Systems Administrator to keep our dealerships running securely across multiple locations. You will handle server upgrades, MFA provisioning, security controls, and 1st/2nd level IT support for staff.

You will administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 services, while coordinating with vendors and IT teammates to minimize downtime and protect customer data.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in systems administration or IT support.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Experience implementing and supporting MFA and basic security best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, test, and carry out system upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal disruption to daily operations.
  • Maintain and monitor our Windows Server environment, including AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services.
  • Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune.

You'll support every department, including sales, service, parts, F&I, and accounting, across multiple locations. You'll handle server upgrades, strengthen our security, manage multifactor authentication, and resolve everyday technical issues.
