Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Maintain site practices and procedures promoting safety, profitability, and a positive work environment through meetings, training, and communication, embodying the 'Atlantic Attitude'.
  • Foster a safety-focused work culture by promoting safe practices, reducing violations and injuries, and providing quality customer service.
  • Administer and monitor Atlantic Training and Safety Plans, ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.
  • Train, coach, evaluate, and develop new employees; conduct annual recurrent training.
  • Analyze training needs, develop new training materials, and update programs to incorporate new techniques and manufacturer recommendations.
  • Distribute and document safety and training materials; communicate notices and conduct site safety audits.
  • Maintain training records and quality assurance inspections; communicate issues to the General Manager.
  • Perform duties of Line Service Technician or Customer Service Representative as needed; operate all ground support equipment.
  • Conduct safety reviews post-incident, report findings, and recommend disciplinary actions.
  • Assist in performance improvement, procurement, inventory, and distribution of PPE, and monitor performance for training opportunities.
  • Prepare OSHA logs, promote good housekeeping, and initiate emergency procedures as necessary.
Skills & Qualifications

Education and Qualifications:

  • Two (2) years of Line Service experience.
  • Completion of OSHA Industrial Safety 10 or 30 Hr course.
  • Valid driver’s license and minimum 18 years of age.
  • Atlantic Line Service Supervisor Training the Trainer Certification.
  • Supervisory aptitude, strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent customer relations skills.
