Responsibilities

• Drive hardware pathfinding for LPU platforms, exploring architectures for power delivery, cooling, and high‑bandwidth interconnects.
• Guide system‑level decisions influencing LPU roadmap and interconnect/cooling architectures.
• Collaborate with silicon, data center, cloud, product and manufacturing teams to deliver production‑ready systems.
• Lead full‑stack system debug across electrical, mechanical, thermal, firmware, OS and application layers.
• Support program execution, root‑cause analysis, and timely issue resolution.
