Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's/Technical Degree or related experience preferred.
• Two years' experience in acute or long-term mental healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct/indirect care to psychiatric patients under RN direction.
• Use de-escalation and therapeutic communication in daily care.
• Administer medications as ordered and document patient data.
