Youth Opportunity in Bartlett, TN is seeking an LPN to join our behavioral health team at Bartlett Primary Assessment Center. This full‑time role involves direct nursing care, medication administration, and collaboration with clinicians to stabilize youth during intake and treatment.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Tennessee required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Conduct intake physical health assessments and screenings.
• Document medical histories and maintain health records.
• Provide basic first aid and support emergency medical situations.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurse practitioners, and behavioral health staff.
• Communicate with guardians, case managers, and outside agencies.
• Ensure compliance with state health regulations and treatment protocols.
