You will coordinate with physicians and the Nursing Director to ensure high-quality, compliant care in a team-focused environment. Qualified candidates hold an active Georgia LPN license or a nursing degree and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Nursing degree or graduate of an approved LPN program.
• Active LPN license to practice in Georgia.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to document clearly in patient records and Medicare forms.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and treat skin problems per physician orders.
• Administer and record treatment medications.
• Chart patient progress, ailments, meds, symptoms and observations.
• Provide reports to the Director of Nursing to support updates.
• Identify and manage wounds and skin lesions, including ulcers and infections.
• Maintain communication with attending physicians.
• Admit, discharge and transfer patients as requested.
• Assist in quality rounds and implement consultant recommendations.
• Complete patient documentation timely and accurately.
