Job summary

Seaton Senior Living seeks an LPN for our Memory Care Community in a full-time night shift (3-11pm). You will provide nursing care per the plan of care, monitor residents, and coordinate services to support health and well-being.

The role requires two years of LPN experience, licensure in good standing, and the ability to work nights and weekends. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Two years LPN experience required.
• Two years experience in assisted living or in a nursing home.
• Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.
• Ability to ensure community follows all federal, state and local laws and regulations as pertains to resident services and care.
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Effective organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments.
• A dedication to seniors and their well-being is essential.
• The ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with the client's plan of care.
• Monitor health status and coordinate care with healthcare providers.
• Promote health and prevent illness through measurement and evaluation.

As an LPN, you will provide nursing care in accordance with the client's plan of care to include comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluation, monitoring of the client’s condition, health promotion and prevention coordination of services.
