Job summary

Seaton Senior Living, part of the Discovery Senior Living family, is seeking an LPN to join our team in Maryland. You will provide nursing care according to each resident's plan of care, perform health assessments, monitor conditions, and help coordinate services to support residents' well-being.

We require two years of LPN experience, eligibility for licensure in good standing, and the ability to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Two years LPN experience required.
• Two years experience in assisted living or in a nursing home.
• Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.
• Ability to ensure community follows all federal, state and local laws and regulations as pertains to resident services and care.
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Effective organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments.
• A dedication to seniors and their well-being is essential.
• The ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with the client’s plan of care.
• Perform comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluation.
• Monitor residents’ condition and health status.
• Coordinate health promotion and preventive services.
• Communicate with residents, families, and care teams.
