Job summary

Seaton Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. You will deliver nursing care per each resident's plan of care, monitor conditions, and promote health and prevention while coordinating services.

Requirements include at least two years of LPN experience, plus prior work in assisted living or nursing home settings, a valid LPN license, and the ability to work nights and weekends while ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Two years LPN experience required.
• Two years experience in assisted living or in a nursing home.
• LPN license in good standing.
• Ability to ensure community follows all federal, state and local laws and regulations as pertains to resident services and care.
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Effective organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments.
• A dedication to seniors and their well-being is essential.
• The ability to work nights and weekends.
