Job summary

Seaton Senior Living is seeking an experienced LPN to join our team. You will provide nursing care in alignment with each resident's plan of care, including health evaluation, monitoring, and prevention coordination.

The role emphasizes compassionate senior care and adherence to care standards. The ideal candidate holds an LPN license, has two years of LPN experience plus two years in assisted living or a nursing home, and demonstrates strong judgment, organization, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current licensure in good standing.
• At least two years of LPN experience and two years in assisted living or nursing home.
• Ability to follow the client’s plan of care and coordinate services.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per the client's plan of care and evaluative monitoring.
• Monitor client condition, promote health, and coordinate services.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations for resident care.
• Manage multiple priorities with strong organization and teamwork.

Our community is looking for a LPN to join our team.

As an LPN, you will provide nursing care in accordance with the client's plan of care to include comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluation, monitoring of the client's condition, health promotion and prevention coordination of services.

Requirements

• Two years LPN experience required
• Two years experience in assisted living or in a nursing home
• Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
• Ability to ensure community follows all federal, state and local laws and regulations as pertains to resident services and care.
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
