A leading senior living community is seeking an LPN Wellness Coordinator to manage healthcare operations and ensure quality care for residents. This role involves supervising nursing staff, overseeing medication management, and providing training. The ideal candidate will hold an LPN or LVN license with relevant experience, and will contribute to a supportive environment for professional growth.
LPN Wellness Coordinator (Finance)
Manages the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met. Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and maintains quality care as residents' needs evolve. Ensures consistent quality of resident care and service delivery across all shifts; this may involve assuming roles such as Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide to meet residents' needs and staffing requirements.
Assists in supervising licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers, providing ongoing training and education, including classroom in-services and situation-specific training. Also manages staff schedules.
Oversees medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision and/or administration. Conducts periodic medication skills inventory checks and medication audits following Brookdale Guidelines.
Shares on-call duties as required.
Requires education to obtain a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and a minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience. Must hold an LPN or LVN license.

Salary range: $25.20 - $30.00, determined by skills and experience. The role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the 401(k) plan.
