ADON - Wellness Coordinator LPN (Finance)

Position Overview:

The ADON - Wellness Coordinator LPN manages the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met with respect and dignity. The role involves ensuring consistent quality resident care across all shifts, supervising licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers, and providing ongoing training and education.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee healthcare operations to meet residents' changing needs.
2. Supervise and train community-based licensed nursing staff, medication technicians, and Caregivers.
3. Manage medication training, pharmacy management, and conduct medication audits.
4. Share on-call duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Education required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
• Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience.
• LPN or LVN license.
