ADON LPN Wellness Coordinator (Finance)

Job Summary

Manages the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met with respect and dignity. Ensures consistent quality care and service delivery across all shifts, potentially assuming roles of Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide to meet residents' needs and staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers; provide ongoing training and education, including classroom in-services and situation-specific training.
2. Manage staff schedules and oversee medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision and/or administration, including conducting periodic medication skills inventory checks and audits per Brookdale Guidelines.
3. Share on-call duties as required.

Qualifications

• Education required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
• Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience.
• LPN or LVN license.

Compensation

Salary range: $25.20 - $28.00 per hour, based on skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the 401(k) program.
