Job summary

Asbury Heights in Pittsburgh, PA is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Weekend Warrior Program. We seek energetic, resident-centered professionals to lead, care for residents, and collaborate with CNAs on weekends.

Choose 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shifts. Weekend differentials reward your weekend hours with $2.00 extra per hour on the day shift and $5.00 extra per hour on the evening shift, alongside a competitive base rate and strong support from a caring team.

Qualifications

• Active PA LPN license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• New grads welcome with strong support.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clinical leadership: supervise CNAs on your unit.
• Direct care: administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Resident advocacy: assess health changes and update care plans.
• Clear communication with residents, families, and the medical team.

We know your weekend hours are valuable, and our differentials prove it. On top of your highly competitive base rate, you will earn extra for every single hour worked:

WHAT YOU BRING:

• An active, unencumbered PA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

• Current CPR Certification.

• Sharp clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.

• All experience levels welcome! Long-term care experience is great, but New Grads are fully supported and encouraged to apply!
