Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking an LPN for a full-time weekend schedule in Maryland (Fri, Sat, Sun 10a-6p). You will deliver compassionate nursing care, monitor residents, and coordinate with the health care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an active LPN license, demonstrates leadership, understands state/federal regulations, communicates effectively, and operates computer systems including Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Management experience notable in leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing nursing care.
• Proven leader with teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication abilities with residents and team members.
• Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, and online systems.
