Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking a Registered Nurse for PRN night shifts to deliver compassionate care, build meaningful relationships with residents, and contribute to a thriving community where people live well.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid RN license, demonstrate management experience, be fluent in state and federal regulations, show proven leadership, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient with Word, Excel and online systems.
