Job summary

Lighthouse Rehabilitation and Health Center in Massachusetts is seeking an LPN for weekend PRN coverage. The role runs Saturdays and Sundays with 7am-3pm shifts and pays $50 per hour, plus daily pay options. You will support resident care, follow care plans, administer medications, and communicate changes to the team.

Ideal candidates hold an active MA LPN license, BLS CPR, and can manage multiple patients in a fast-paced setting. A commitment to compassionate, high-quality care is essential.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards of nursing practice, the plan of care, and physician orders.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments per plan of care and facility policies.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with orders and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and families.
