Job summary

Compass Healthcare and Rehab is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) in North Carolina for weekend and shift premium positions. The base pay is up to $45.00 per hour with an additional $2.00 shift differential for 2nd shift and weekends, creating strong weekend commitment.

We operate three long-term care communities in central North Carolina and value compassion, quality care, teamwork and integrity. Full-time and part-time opportunities available with Covid-19 safety protocols in place.

Qualifications

• Valid NC nursing license required.
• Experience as LPN preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents and staff.
