Job summary

Winthrop Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our mission-driven, non-profit team. You will deliver high-quality clinical care, work with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team, and support residents with compassionate, person-centered care.

Starting pay ranges from $28.35 to $31.50 per hour with evenings, nights, and weekends shift differentials. Weekly pay and benefits, including PTO, vision, 401(k) with match, and referral bonuses, are offered

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes.
• Provide direct nursing care per care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
