Responsibilities:

Every nurse plays a vital role in enriching the lives of residents through compassionate, detail-oriented care. Responsibilities include administering medication, conducting assessments, and engaging in meaningful interactions to embody person-centered care.

• Provide exceptional nursing care ensuring residents' physical and emotional well-being
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor vital signs
• Use clinical knowledge to assess and monitor residents' health, including highly acute needs
• Document health changes and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
• Assist residents with daily tasks, fostering independence and support
• Contribute to developing and implementing individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Valid Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse license
• Ability to conduct assessments and document resident condition changes accurately
• Passion for geriatric nursing and senior care excellence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
