Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate, detail-oriented care to enrich residents' lives, including administering medication, conducting assessments, and engaging in meaningful interactions, embodying person-centered care.

• Deliver exceptional nursing care for residents' physical and emotional health
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and monitor vital signs
• Assess and monitor residents' health, document changes, and communicate with the healthcare team
• Assist with daily activities, fostering independence and support
• Contribute to developing and implementing individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Valid Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse license
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and document accurately
