Lakewood-Nursing-and-Reha in New York seeks a dedicated LPN for evening shift to support residents with compassionate, safe care. You will supervise nursing assistants, assist with medication administration, and document care per policy.

• Make daily rounds of the unit and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

LPN Requirements:
