Job summary

Extended Care LLC is seeking dynamic and compassionate LPNs to join our care team in Illinois. You will be responsible for directing day-to-day activities of nursing assistants, administering medications, and ensuring high-quality resident care in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants.
• Complete required record-keeping upon resident admission, discharge, and transfer; chart per facility policy.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by a physician; perform other medication administration tasks as per policy.
• Make daily rounds of the unit and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

LPN Requirements:

• Valid Nursing License as required by the state.

• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by a physician and perform other drug administration functions per established policies.
• Make daily rounds of the unit and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
